Bad customer service , they will not help you , I gave them a chance to to fix it to make things right but they wont, dont go there on vacation. They dont make an effort....

Bad cusomer service, they won't help you, don't go if your on vacation, we stayed becuase they would not do a refund, but there better places to stay in Venice...

The hotel's location is very convenient for the St Mark's Square attractions and transport connections, being only a few minute's walk away. It is nevertheless quiet, being at the end of a cul-de-sac that ends in a canal-side. The location is ideal, as it is convenient to all the local sights but peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. We were pleasantly surprised to be admitted to our room upon our 11:00 am arrival without question.
The breakfast courtyard is picturesque and I could have eaten my own weight in the lovely pastries.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. I booked a family room (for 4 people) through my travel advisor. She showed me a picture of the family room for my approval and upon arrival, I was given a standard room and they stuck 2 twin beds in it. I immediately brought this to their attention, instead of resolving the issue they said they are all booked up and if I give them $100 cash they can move m...
