This hotel is worth every star beyond 5*!
We were not only blown away by the level of quality but the service matches*.
We are travelling mother and son, a twin room was provided with able space for getting dress, with excellent coffee making facilities.

We were absolutely blown away by the most ideal location of Hotel Santa Chiara. Its just a few minutes walk from Venice Santa Lucia railway station and right in Piazzale Roma, which made arriving and departing completely stress-free especially with young children.

The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was excellentright opposite the water bus stop, which made getting around Venice incredibly convenient. The train station is also conveniently located just outside; this may be a little noisy for some but it did not bother me . The hotel is also just a short canal bridge away from the shopping mall, KFC and other amenities, and the tourist office.

We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room . Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day. room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance. The location is superior and br...

We loved this hotel - the staff were very helpful both in person and over email before I arrived and even helped book a restaurant that didn't have a website as I don't speak Italian.
The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the showers fantastic.
The only issue that I would warn people about is that it is quite a long way out of the centre of Venice so be prepared to walk! Having said that, it is very convenient f...
