We were in Venice for three days and two nights. We found this place on line and were more than satisfied. Hotel Tivoli has ease of access and old world ambience. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely delightful. Close to the water bus station, makes the city easy to get around and about....

This was a great stay for me in the context. I was there on my own, to meet up with some relatives. The Tivoli was very economical given I was only planning to be there to sleep and have breakfast. I really warmed to it, a quaint little hotel in a good location for Ca Rezzonica or Accademia , though nowhere is far in Venice. Pleasant hotel close to a vaporetto stop; which is helpful as its quite a walk to get over the other side of the grand canal from the hotels location
Our room was small, but very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable and the shower good and hot.
Breakfast was the usual continental style, meats, cheese, pastries etc and was tasty and plentiful.

This was the start of a mini Italian tour for my 17 year old son and I. The hotel is in an ideal location, and it does what it says on the ticket. The reception is only open until 9pm and if you read your emails you know this, so there is no excuse not to realise that reception is not open all the time, and lets be honest, you have booked a very reasonable priced/lower priced hotel in Venice. Charming & Authentic Hotel

This hotel is in a great location. 10 minutes from the bus station. 15 minutes from Rialto Bridge and 20 minutes from St Mark's Square and you will enjoy the stroll to each location.
Plenty of restaurants, shops and things to see and do and considering how old the building is, it is kept in great condition and it really adds to the charm of being in the middle of this beautiful city.
