I had a positive experience. The hotel is highly functional and provides what you need for a comfortable stay.
The rooms were clean . I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was decent with a fair variety of options to start the day.
It is important to note that the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so having a car is definitely recommended to get around easily...

My daughter and I really loved this hotel. The hotel itself is welcoming. The rooms are very spacious. Even though I was not there for business, I appreciated having the desk so I could work. The breakfast was good and had something for everyone. The man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful....

Just returned from a fantastic 7 day stay at CTC Best Western, Verona. The hotel was light, spacious, airey and cool.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a great daily service from house keeping staff who provided clean towels and bedsheets which was really appreciated. Very clean and beautiful property, the staff was also very helpful. The shuttle runs sporadically and was often fully booked....

One of us a vegetarian of fifty years standing/
This Hotel is listed as four star and the prices reflect that; unfortunately nothing else does. You do have in each room complimentary tea and coffee making facilities providing you are prepared to take your tea or coffee black.
