Very convenient to the train station 15 minutes walk very quiet area lobby is 5 star looking rooms need a freshen up very 80s looking restaurant meals were first class breakfast was very good plenty of choices as to be expected 30 minute walk to the centre of the city very clean staff very good...

We were panicking after reading the reviews but thankfully, we had an overall decent experience. I'd say the reception was beautiful, the breakfast was 4-star, we personally were impressed by staff and most importantly, thought the location was good for us as we needed the station. We had two great day trips to Venice and Lake Garda - I suppose our stay was all we could ask for with a couple nights stay!

I visited this hotel for a 3 night city break in April with my boyfriend; I didnt have the best time and therefore wouldnt recommend anyone staying here. The road to the hotel was down a dark tunnel firstly, which was dimly lit and felt extremely eery to us. Very clean and spacious room , reception staff was very helpful . The bar staff and the meals at restaurant was very good . Staff at the breakfast dinning room was very obliging as well as the breakfast on the menu .Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel....
