Great hotel, amazing staff, good beds, nice view from the 11th floor and great breakfast.
The staff on the reception was extremely polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a very good size for 4 people. The bathroom was also quite big.
The breakfast had an amazing variety of various foods, local products and the staff was always there to help.

Pros
- Decent beds
- Okish breakfast although the eggs are always cold
Cons
- 1 power socket only near the bed
- Some of the staff fairly rude and it's unfair for the rest of people working there:
At breakfast a staff woman from Africa was shouting heavily towards her italian colleague in front of all guests.

I will come again with pleasure next year.In the vicinity of Gardaland ,Caneva ,also the beautiful towns Lasize ,Sirmione,Verona .I recommend this hotel to Everyone ....

The room was very spacious and the beds very large snd comfortable. Also the bathroom was bigger than in most of the other hotels. Towels were of very good quality. The staff was super nice and friendly ...

perfect location , perfect staff , perfect breakfast .
the cleaning of the room and the hotel is excelent .
i will come back , and i will recommend to others .
there are supermarket near the hotel , resturants , and all you need is near the hotel.....
