Lovely hotel and staff. Very quiet. Room clean and spacious, bed comfy. Breakfast was good.
About 20-25 minutes from airport by taxi - about 30 Euros.
20 minute flat stroll to city (Arena etc.) - there is a free shuttle if needed. We walked Into Verona centre and grabbed a taxi back in the evening (less than 10 Euro).

What a brilliant place ! Their next level customer satisfaction is envious !
We havent been treated extremely well , all requests are met and no extra penny charged .
Hotel offers free shuttle service to city centre on first come first serve basis , which is great.

Firstly, do not get hotel to order a taxi. It cost 50 euros through the hotel and 27.40 on way back through union radio taxis. Download the app. Nice hotel although a little far out. Very clean rooms although a little basic. Nice breakfast. Shuttle is not so good. Almost had to beg to order the shuttle for when we wanted it. Staff very very nice and helpful....

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The bed and pillows are as hard as rocks, and both were uncomfortable as can be. The hotel is located in an unsafe area to walk to the old town, especially at night. No real area to walk or enjoy around the hotel.
The offered shuttle van was very limited in use, and only one way. The breakfast was average. Expensive compared to other hotels that are in a better location....
