Basic hotel, definitely not 4* as advertised. 20-25 minutes to downtown Vienna. The room is good , however doesnt even have a tea/coffee maker making it extremely inconvenient to go down each time. Supplies of Coffee English Breakfast tea runs out fast ! The room AC surely doesnt work, so not recommended during summers !! The breakfast was good, the two ladies and the gentleman at the reception were nice and helpf...

Modern hotel outside the center, well connected by public transport. It is located next to a large shopping center. The room is spacious with everything you need except a refrigerator. Large dining room and a varied breakfast offer....

clean, simply but useful decorated hotel in very central transportation point of the city surrounded by shopping malls. Very very helpful and happy staff. very good and clean breakfast.
no need to stay in a city-center hotel with this transportation options of arcotel donazentrum. stephenplatz metro stop is 7 stops away from the hotel and hotels staton "kagnar metro station" station is nearly under the hotel....

My stay at this hotel left an excellent impression. First of all, I would like to highlight the cleanliness and order both the rooms and the common areas were well maintained and created a cozy atmosphere.
Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and very tasty, meeting the expectations of both guests who prefer traditional meals and those looking for more diverse options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready...

Great location with only 5 stops to the city centre and huge Westfield Shopping centre next door to it. Easy self check-in and good breakfast! This is big hotel but we rarely saw/heart other guests apart at breakfast or reception area. We'll definitely be back...
