Lovely hotel looks like a palace. Great rooms and great location. Room was very big and well-appointed. Try dinner at Edvard Restaurant if you can swing it - separatee entrance from hotel....

Everything was perfect. The rooms were well furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. However, it was the members of staff who made the stay such a pleasure, from the people on reception to the concierge team to the staff working in Theo's and Sophie's. I recently attempted to book several rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Although the property advertises a *Best Rate Guarantee*, my request was **refused even after I provided full proof and screenshots** of a significantly lower available rate (over $278 per night difference).

Highly recommend it when in Vienna!
I have stayed at this Hotel for a work trip and It has been excellent on every level. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Super smooth check-in and check-out Breakfast with a great selection and service in all restaurants /bar always on point.
I will definitely choose Palais Hansen for every future stay in Vienna.

Amazing place! I was looking for a surprise for my wife for her birthday. And Im so happy Ive chosen that hotel. Pure perfection in every aspect. We had eaten an amazing dinner at EDVARD and in my opinion as someone whom hobby is michelin stars restaurant I can easily say that, that restaurant definitely deserves a second Michelin star.
