The property itself is beautiful, but I didnt always feel genuinely looked after as a guest. While my requests were eventually taken care of, they were things I would have expected to be done without having to ask. For instance, there was no welcome amenity in my room until I raised it, and only then was it delivered.

An accomodation of the highest possible level. Luxurious, recently renovated and clean rooms, an extremely polite and helpful personnel and a Palace (former Kempinsky Palace) in a walking distance from the centre. Never regretted the choice. "A la prochaine" my friends...

A rocky start turns into a happy ending

Our trip got off to a rocky start. Our daughters checked bag didnt make it, and the hotel didnt have our reservation. But the desk personnel quickly resolved the hotel issue by giving us a very large suite at no extra charge. The concierge tracked the missing luggage over 4 days(!), and recommended a good store where she could buy some clothes to get through those days. The lounge/bar staff and the dining room ...

Excellent experience. Located in Viennas first district, at Schottenring. Hotel offers excellently appointed rooms, an excellent gym, an equally excellent spa and pool. Food is also excellent, with breakfast being outstanding. Guest relations top notch!...
