Good food, nice service, very polite und wanting to pleaseI truly recommend it
I was there for a congress at the Austria Center Vienna and its closeness to it helped a lot
I plan to come again next year because of the great time spent there and the facilities it offered....

We originally booked our stay for New Years eve at the Arcotel AQ, two months before arrival date which is December 28th 2024.
Less than a month before our arrival, we were informed that this hotel wasnt open for service and that we would be transferred to the other hotel Arcotel Kaiserwasser with a promise that it would be on the same level as originally planned hotel.
As there was no time to find another hotel ...

The hotel is over used and has less maintenance.
If it is not the heating system, it is the sewerage system.
They have dirty iron as well to top it al
I will not recommend it at all.
No value for money.
I can't wait to check out on weekend 01 February 2025...

I emailed very early on the day of arrival to ask if there was an iron available - I received a VERY delayed email response back from the hotel which was a yes ( other aspects of my email re stress of being cancelled the day before stay by their sister hotel were completely ignored)
I then asked on check in re: an iron just to be sure and was told it was on level 3 in an ironing room, how exciting I thought- an iro...

I spent the first 2 weeks of December 2024 here while on IAEA business. The room was larger than most Ive stayed in Vienna. Lends itself to some desk work, if needed, but I could not get light over desk area to work. I ended up moving the stand-alone light fixture near desk area.
No light in closet or entry area, which made seeing clothes not easy. Has good size safe in room.
