What a fantastic hotel!
We stayed for a week late Feb/early March and honestly couldn't have asked for more from a city hotel.
We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly, especially at breakfast plus in the bar area of an evening.
Breakfast had plenty of everything, there's literally something for everyone.

We spent 8 days here and loved it! The staff at the front desk and throughout were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located with a number of interesting restaurants and shops within a 5-7 minute walk. Great hotel in Vienna, with very good value-for-money amenities. The room wasn't particularly big, but it was clean, quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. If I had to say something negative about the room, only that the TV needs to be updated to a more modern version.
