We stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Vienna, and had a really great time. The staff were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about Vienna, and recommended a very good restaurant, and made us a reservation for that night. Have just spent 5 fabulous nights in the Austria Classic Wien Hotel. It is a superb hotel - beds are comfortable, rooms good. Location is brilliant - 5 minutes walk from the metro station and only 2 metro stops from Stephansplatz. On the other side Prater park and the Vienna wheel is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast. The location was perfect - 3 minutes walk to Praterstern train station. 20 minutes walk to St. Stephan Cathedral. Easy access to restaurants, cafe and shops....

We had the most delightful stay here! From the start, it exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in, the front desk staff sang to my son (for his 14th birthday). Then, we found his bed decorated with Happy Birthday sheets and little candy gifts. The staff even helped me figure out how to mail something to Germany.
