Air conditioning didnt work- 24 degrees in the room with the window open. Reported the issue and staff member came up and confirmed it wasnt working and an engineer would fix it the next day- they didnt so reported it again- same reply and next day it still wasnt fixed. I also reported that I had no plug in the sink and that didnt get fixed either. On top of this I had a huge crane outside my window that started...

I stayed at Austia Trend Hotel Ananas for two nights in a room booked for three adults. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with a low ceiling that made it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The room service was also disappointingthe cleaning was not done thoroughly. Additionally, the staff were not particularly polite or attentive, and at times, spoke rather rudely. Bad memories.

VERY NEAT HOTEL, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ALL DAY LONG.
COULD HAVE MORE CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST. LIKE EGGS, HAD ONLY SCRABBLED EGGS AND SCRABBLED EGGS WITH HAM. NO SOFT BOILED EGGS, NO HARD BOILED EGGS.
THE MACHINE FOR HOT CHOCOLATE MADE REALLY GREAT HOT DRINK.
THE FRUITS AT BREAKFAST WERE UNBELIEVABLE, ESPECIALLY THE APPLES....

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The mini bar was not working. The shower cabin is small and should be bigger. The WiFi signal is quite week and should be much better. Excellent location of the hotel and connection with the city center by transport....

We were attending a medical conference in Vienna- our group was booked at the Austria trend hotel by the housing bureau. Location is quite good since a metro station is just beside us. Part of U5 line is being constructed so noise in morning is there.
