We were attending a medical conference in Vienna- our group was booked at the Austria trend hotel by the housing bureau. Location is quite good since a metro station is just beside us. Part of U5 line is being constructed so noise in morning is there.

Friendly staff, Good location, rooms okay, slept well. Air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast filled my needs. Could buy snacks and drinks at lobby selfservice kiosk. Subway stop was next to the hotel and McDonalds also. Enjoyed my visit....

Pillows are awfully low and unsupportive, bed and room is clean, sleep quality not bad wrapping yourself in duvet. Shower is underwhelming with small space and split doors which are awkward for larger or older people. Baggage racks are excellent as is wardrobe, even managed to wash a few items & hang to dry. The only good thing is that this hotel is near the center of wien and stop .the rooms looked not very clean ,the personal was rude,the bathroom very small and In addiction the beds were not done, you had to to do by yourself .the breakfast was not the best if you are celiac .the price was expensive .a total delusion...

We visited Vienna with my husband and our almost 3 year old for New Years with a group booking.
The positive is that the hotel is located next to the metro station and the staff was very polite and friendly.
