This hotel worked really well for us and we felt it did a good job for the money. We used it for a pre-flight stay as it is located within 30 minutes drive of Vienna Airport and looked to have more soul than the hotels in closer proximity to the airport. Inexperienced reception staff

The hotel appears to be nice, welcoming, and elegant. However, the reception staff is very young and inexperienced. They are unwilling to help customers. I even witnessed one receptionist arguing with a customer because the customer did not want to drink tap water. Afterwards, I asked if it was possible to check in and 30 minutes before the room is still not ready. However, three of them have time to congregate at th...

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. Its a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didnt help much.

Quality of the hotel was amazing, but Im extremely disappointed at the manor of the reception staff. Feisal and his colleague were rude, unhelpful and treated my party with a holier-than-thou attitude that I didnt appreciate at all including them clearly making fun of names on our passports in German (when none of us speak the language). Perfect staying

Since my first step in the hotel, everything was amazing. We had a parking spot for our car, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, the room was very nice and cozy. Me and my husband had the most amazing staying and we would love to return someday....
