Location was bit further out than we first thought.but it was only a 25 min walk to city centre which took us through the market.Only down side is the amount of construction work going on right outside.Hotel was extremely busy with school kids although they were no trouble.Rooms were of good size just don't like sliding glass for a bathroom door.Breakfast had good choice....

Fantastic hotel perfect location for easy access to StephansPlatz and Hofburg Paiace. Underground 4 minute walk away to access all main attractions. We had a recently renovated room on 7th floor ideal for what we needed free safe and lovely bath. Air conditioning a little hit and miss but room was always warm. Definitely recommend....

We chose this hotel for the location and if we were to base the review on this alone it would easily be a 5. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room itself was quite dated with below average temperature control considering the price paid. Breakfast is significantly overpriced for what is provided.

Very central location but rooms badly need renovations. If you like to enjoy your stay in the Hôtel room then forget it . If you need a place to sleep only and find yourself very close to major attraction then this Hôtel will work for you....

Bad check in experience

Very unhappy with the check in process.
We felt an undertone of homophobia.
The person who did the check in got us (tall woman, short black hair) didnt explain anything about the hotel. Just gave us the keys and us my partner and I but are you going to share the same room?
