Difficult to fault this hotel. It's in a great location right in the middle of the main shopping area and literally a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful with a good smattering of languages (particularly English). Dirty hotel, carpets dirty , beds ripped staff disinterested
Great location but does not compensate for conditions of the hotel
We were given room on second floor after I asked for another room viewed 4 before found one with clean carpets.....

AVOID THIS PLACE. Just staying just now at this hotel for nights.
Lack of management, they never show to the property.
No clean rooms
No minibar (broken)
Because of those bad conditions they do propose to change my room.
I prefer to stay in my cove, and for sure never ever again come back.
Do yourself a favor. There are many other hotels. This hotel has only a good location. ONLY....

Great centrally located hotel near to shopping street and St Stephens. We were upgraded. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kettle and tea/instant coffee provided in room. We did find there was a shortage of power outlets in accessible places i.e next to one of the beds. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food/drinks. All staff friendly....

Great Hotel located in the Centre close to bars, restaurants, shops and the magnificent St Stephan Cathedral. Clean big spacious rooms and friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast provided everything was plentiful and good quality...
