Great hotel at a good price. Large room with nice bathroom. Close to good food, sites and embassies. Large breakfast, nice bar and places to meet and hang out....

Location - walking distance to the Nachtmarkt cafes and restaurants, and about 15-20mins to centre of town, there is a tram stop nearby. Beautiful hotel, historic facade, but very nicely modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and the added chase lounge in my room made for a cosy atmosphere. Clean rooms. Quiet rooms. This hotel is excellent. You can reach the center of Vienna in few minutes, the rooms are big and clean: the beds are comfortable and I slept very well. Everyone in this hotel is polite: receptionist, cleaning lady, waiters. I really appreciated the gluten free breakfast that they provided me during the vacation. We were booked in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well placed being close to tram and underground lines and a short walk into central Vienna. We had room 318, which had 2 single beds which could be pushed together. There was tea and coffee making and you could get milk from the small restaurant to keep in your room. The room had a tv and small sofa and coffee table and a desk, there was plenty of cupboard space,...

Markets itself as a four star hotel, but this is really 3. The location means it can get away with it
Service : front desk are efficient but cold as are the restaurant staff. Cleaning staff are slow and sloppy.
Room: cold, peeling wallpaper and despite booking a superior room, it was two single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. Was like sleeping on an ironing board
