We had stayed in the Austrian Trend Savoyen last year (Feb), and were really impressed with the hotel - we treated ourself to the suite - which was a lovely size, it was clean and the bathroom was great. You could access an executive room, with tea/coffee and snacks - this was a lovely quiet space. Good value for money especially during the Christmas period where hotels prices are absurd. The rooms were Cosy, spacious and comfortable. Distance could be an issue for some as it is 15mins walk to the City Centre but It is right opposite the metro and tram stops and the central station is only 2-3 stops away which is very convenient. We chose this hotel due to the positive reviews and location. The location was good, the rooms were large and clean. However, the staff, particularly the reception staff, were extremely rude and unhelpful. At check-in, the gentleman on reception barely glanced at us, did not offer any welcome or information and was quite surly. A centrally located hotel with easy access to all the Christmas markets but far enough away from crowds. We were impressed with the size of the room and comfortable beds. Most importantly, it was clean and lovely and quiet in the night. We would definitely stay again....

Very helpful reception and really great sized room. We had a comfortable stay and found the location convenient with the option to walk, use the tram or taxi. Easy to reach from the airport
Tea and coffee available in the room. Bathroom facilities are good...
