Markets itself as a four star hotel, but this is really 3. The location means it can get away with it
Service : front desk are efficient but cold as are the restaurant staff. Cleaning staff are slow and sloppy.
Room: cold, peeling wallpaper and despite booking a superior room, it was two single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. Was like sleeping on an ironing board

GREAT HOTEL

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The hotel was 3 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Belvedere palace. The superior room was comfortable and clean and included a kettle with Tea and Coffee....

My family and I used to stay at this hotel regularly for over ten years, and it was always our favorite place in Vienna. After a few years' break during which we tried other hotels, we returned but unfortunately, our experience this time was disappointing.

Austria Trend Hotel was a great value deal. 100% Recommend.
Location: 2 mns walk to the metro station and Bus Station which in 2-3 stops will take you right to the city centre. Subway and other restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets as well. Connected yet quite from the touristy hustle Bustle.
