We were booked in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well placed being close to tram and underground lines and a short walk into central Vienna. We had room 318, which had 2 single beds which could be pushed together. There was tea and coffee making and you could get milk from the small restaurant to keep in your room. The room had a tv and small sofa and coffee table and a desk, there was plenty of cupboard space,...

Markets itself as a four star hotel, but this is really 3. The location means it can get away with it
Service : front desk are efficient but cold as are the restaurant staff. Cleaning staff are slow and sloppy.
Room: cold, peeling wallpaper and despite booking a superior room, it was two single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. Was like sleeping on an ironing board

GREAT HOTEL

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The hotel was 3 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Belvedere palace. The superior room was comfortable and clean and included a kettle with Tea and Coffee....
