We stayed at this hotel with our two small children and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The room we initially received was clearly below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. The walls were visibly dirty, with multiple marks and stains in several areas, and the overall condition did not correspond to the presentation of the rooms online.

Would like to recommend the hotel, has a very nice location, close to U-bahn and also close to the fantastic Schönbrunn castle and nice castle garden/park. Food is also OK, staff serviceminded and friendly. Here and there the hotel could need some update or touch-up - paint missing in a lot of the corridors, looks a bit worn out here and there. Nice rooms and a huge plus with the bath tub :)...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days on our Vienna trip. Two things which were amazing about this hotel - (a) spacious rooms and (b) its close proximity to metro station and the Schonbrunn Palace
The room was very comfortable and spacious which is a rarity in Europe. It felt like a room in an Asian country. The breakfast was quite good and the chef making eggs was wonderful. She was warm and filled with energy serving...

I found my stay at the Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn overall very pleasant. The hotel impresses with its classic Viennese style and a calm, well-maintained atmosphere.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Positive were the small minibar and the kettle with coffee and tea. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Fantastic experience from start to end! We stayed in a Premium Room 1308 which was massive with floor to ceiling windows and 2 balconies and a beautiful large bathroom with separate toilet. Our room was ready early so checked in before 3pm. Hotel is directly opposite the beautiful Schonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked around here couple of times a day.
