4* hotel. Pfft I think not. Disgusting. Booked a twin superior room. They put me in a double with my mum. So had to be moved to another room which still was not a twin room. The mattress topper had lots of blood on it. Had to wait for room to be organised AGAIN. And this was a smaller room that what I had paid for. Easy check in. Location of hotel is near metro and train stations. Not many restaurants nearby - just one which is excellent. Rooms big and clean. Bit weird housekeeping arrangements. Room not serviced even at 3.45pm in the afternoon. Mini-bar in room, free WiFi....

This is the third time that I have stayed here and I love the history of the building - a guest house for royal guests!
The views are also incredible and food is always great! This time I got a bigger room and it felt like luxury!
The only thing I would say - perhaps cleaning staff could be more meticulous - I found clothes of the previous guest still in the closet and cleaning was not thorough as I would like....

Terrible customer service from the check-in point
Unfriendly!!!!!!! and Route !!!!! no explanation of how to get to the room if you live in the building next door, it took 25 minutes to find the room,(there are no parking spaces at the hotel even though we explicitly asked, only a public parking garage that is always full and Very expansive !!!
