Trafalgar tour cut cost and put us up here.
Location is terrible. Miles from the city. Long walk on dusty polluted road to tram station. Within 20 min walk are low-end strip clubs n bars for foreign workers from poor countries. See photos. Poor choice of restaurant near by and only a handful near the hotel is expensive n had poor reviews on Trip advisors. One even charge 17 euros for utensils n bread ...

Not a hotel of choice for my next visit

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The hotel building is very nice and well located in the south with a couple of connections you can reach the centre.
But the hotel service is real bad and staff is super rude.
They made me wait for an hour because my flight came early and although I have informed them in advance and its ok to wait because I came early. But even when I got the room after waiting, there were empty ...

We were four families who booked through Booking.com. The price was accurate, and we initially planned to stay for two nights. After two nights, we decided to extend our stay by one more night. The hotel offered us a good price, and everything was satisfactory. The rooms were clean, and the staff was polite. Frequent business traveller, IHG platinum etc, third visit to this hotel in 3 months as its near regional office.
Checked into a room that resembled a sauna. Front desk said it was due to the changing of the seasons impacting the heating system and that all rooms were affected. Awful nights sleep. Following day and night same story. Front desk claimed to have called a technician but no evidence of this.

Easily the best hotel in this area, absolutely perfect.

The neighbours is a bit away from the city centre but it's not far from the main train station. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel and the nearest tram stop is not far maybe a 5 minutes walk. The area is safe and clean. The hotel is connected to a small shopping centre which is connected to a cinema complex. The hotel is very nice with good friendly service.
