Convenient hotel with nice amenities

The hotel is pretty good in location as it is close to the palace. I think they only have double beds, and their toilets are not proper rooms, just surrounded by glass that are not entirely blinded. That could be slightly awkward if you're not couples. Double room feels standardly sized and is equipped with a coffee pod machine. They have their own bakery and looked fairly good....

The hotel has a relaxed vibe with modern rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast options were good and the common spaces felt welcoming....

Modern, quirky style with a smooth check in experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around by transit or taxi....

A bit out of the way from the main city but within walking distance to tram network and took about 15mins to get there. Trams are regular. Purchased a vienna city card but no barriers, no inspections, walked on and off with no checks.
Room was basic. Not great. Sink was inside bedroom, separate toilet and shower. Had to request kettle but had coffee machine. No fridge. Very small double, no twins if ur travelling wi...

The rooms are poorly designed and I am shocked by the high reviews.

The bathroom situation is AWFUL!! A literal water closet. Then you step back into the room. The next door is a shower closet. Then step back into room. Sink is al fresco. This setup is so unsettling.
Also, the hearing/cooling controls are in very small print. The thermostat only controls cooling. Then very small it says in winter, use radiator controls for heat, which are behind the desk, difficult to find and acce...
