Lovely Hotel with Friendly Helpful Staff and a Fantastic Breakfast Buffet

All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Check-in and out was easy and the staff were happy to help sort airport transfers.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for all needs, with sweet and savoury options and they also had gluten free options upon request. There was live music playing during breakfast at the weekend which was lovely.

A really lovely hotel to stay at - the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Everything was clean and tidy and the location is ideal for visiting Vienna....

This was our first time in Vienna and as such we had no experience of where things are, including the Hotel.
As such the Hotel location isn't exactly in the centre of Vienna and is about 35 monies walk along a busy road. However there is a tram stop directly outside the Hotel where the No 44 Tram will take you into the centre in around 8 minutes. Combine this with a 24/48 or 72 ticket and you can basically travel any...

Lovely warm welcome, friendly staff and a beautiful (huge) room. Well appointed and the shower is great. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend....

The hotel is beautiful and clean and tastefully decorated.
Our beautiful whirlpool room is exquisite and just what the doctor ordered after a long day expelling just relaxing in our own whirlpool tub big enough for 2.
Great selection at breakfast and great accessible location with tram and subway stops right outside....
