If you are looking for an authentic, intimate, and luxurious Viennese stay, look no further. This hotel is a love letter to the citys culture. I cant imagine a more perfect way to conclude this experience than with a traditional carriage ride through these historic streets!...

Looks very good in the pictures, but it ends there.
The keys!! You have to hand it in to the reception when leaving the hotel. You get it back when returning.
You have to put the key in the lock when you are in the room, to lock the door, if not, strange people will enter your room. The standard key card system does not apply here.
I'd say, if there is an emergency, a fire or such, then you have to unlock the door...

Beautiful hotel with a great location in addition to the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Everyone we interacted with was a joy. Thank you very much for the very pleasant stay....

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff are friendly. Location is spot on, the trams stop just outside to get into the centre. There is a lovely pizza / pasta restaurant only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, Pizzeria Casa Piccola, great food which is reasonably priced and the owner is nice, we ate here multiple times!...
