An amazing experience at this hotel.

My wife and I were on our first trip to Vienna.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Amina at the reception desk was amazing and gave us the best customer service and even upgraded our room to the corner suite with Schonnbrunn Palace views. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you Amina....

Find somewhere better

We were very disappointed with our stay and would not return.
There are major renovations happening throughout the hotel, including in the room directly next to ours. At 9am we were woken by drilling into the walls. If extensive works are underway, the hotel should consider closing floors or the property entirely rather than overcharging guests for rooms with near-constant disturbance.

We arrived excited, but our visit quickly became a nightmare. Aside from the very kind and super informative gentleman at check-in, everything else was disastrous.
No famous cookies for my son, but instead we were greeted by drunk guests and vomit in the lobby. Our room had no hot water, so had to take cold shower after long trip, plus a blocked sink and an uncomfortably small king bed, despite noting and communicat...

We had a road show day presentation in one of the halls. The staff are very friendly and very attentive and helpful. Nice historic photos on the walls about Austrian political history...

My friend and I were here for a Gala Dinner for the volunteers at Reform UK. The public rooms were very impressive and the bedrooms also. The food was 7 out of 10 at the particular event we attended - the beef being particularly gristly and not easy to chew. The bar staff were practically non-existent after 9pm and it took ages to get served at either bar and the wine waiters seemed to disappear also. I was really im...
