A nice hotel which is good value for money. It is not in the centre but it is close to tram and underground stations which makes it easy to access the centre. Schönbrunn Palace is a five minute walk away. The rooms are nice and have everything that you need. The only reason I do not give five out of five is that the walls in the corridors are in need of painting and need sorting out. Also, rooms are only cleaned ever...

Convenient hotel if you are in the Shonbourn area, far from the city center, but I Metro Station conveniently close by.

It is very close to the Palace which was where I was going, so it was very convenient. The breakfast is not very good. The rooms are OK air condition and Wi-Fi. OK safe box in the room. In the bathroom good bathrobe. Metro station very close by. It is far from the city center, though, what you can get easily by the metro....

Clean,safe and well equipped room.
6 Euro was charged for room service.
Restaurant in hotel was too expensive with low quality and quantity.
Tram station was in 5min.
Breakfast room was big and the food could be better.
From train station to the hotel 25.30 Euro was charged by Bolt.
Not many restaurants nearby.
Next time I will stay in Ambassador hotel as it was in the city center with many restaurants,cafes and shop...

Good location and its clean very good breakfast buffet and nice people at reception and helpful staff like ms/Oksana.and as well its near the Mariahilfer just few minutes away from the centre.and not far away from the
Museum and nice side walk to enjoy walking....

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. The location is absolutely ideal just steps away from the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace and its expansive park, perfect for morning walks or an easy stroll with the family. Mariahilfer Straße, Viennas main shopping street, is also just a short ride away, making it easy to combine sightseeing with shopping and dining.
