Very nice hotel, not exactly in center. Staff extremely kind and helpful, clean rooms, good breakfast and really excellent restaurant. Not a large choice, very short menu, just some dishes but all of them very good. For those travelling byu car it is garage available....

We stayed at the hotel before and after a concert in the venerable Park of the Schloss Schönbrunn. The staff is friendly and th rooms are clean. The fact that our room merely had a window to the inner courtyard did not impair our experience, as we had other views to enjoy....

My wife and I were on our first trip to Vienna.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Amina at the reception desk was amazing and gave us the best customer service and even upgraded our room to the corner suite with Schonnbrunn Palace views. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you Amina....
