I was so impressed by the kind & helpful service from the moment I walked in, to breakfast service daily, & room service. Everyone was warm and helpful without giving a sense of being irritated as can be the case sometimes these days. We had a good stay in the hotel, the room was clean, we slept very well. Hotel restaurant had a small menu but the diner was good. The hotel was in a quiet area but everything was in walking distance or you can make use of the public transport. Thanks for the service ...

Very much enjoyed our four nights at the Hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a little on the small side (hard to change this without knocking down walls which probably would not be allowed!) but the space has been very carefully used so that the size does not matter too much.
