A perfect location, good and friendly service and vers clean. Also the bathroom but Michael too small. The bathtub was vers impractical. Especially for the elderly....

This hotel is very well positioned within walking distance of the Karlskirche, the Belvedere and the town centre, as well as having a very useful tram line right outside.
The staff were very friendly. The room was rather small and not very bright or well-decorated but the bathroom was excellent.

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. Everything went well.. comfortable and silent room, clean spaces , good breakfast and excellent staff!
A plus is the restaurant located in the same building (rated as one of the best in town) . In one word.. reccomended...
