Stay Here- it is excellent!

The staff is wonderful- everyone from the servers at breakfast, to the front desk, to the room staff. The hotel is old style, elegant, and so attuned to guests needs. Only issue was street repairs that seemed to start very early and continue through the night, but that was only for a few nights and certainly not the hotels fault. We would stay there again in a minute....

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Walkable location to downtown. Pleasant experience in restaurant for breakfast and while having drinks in the evening. Would stay again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful time!...

Immaculately clean hotel and room. Room was very comfortable. Absolutely super and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Location first class, tram, subway next door. Breakfast is more than adequate but a bit busy at times. We would definitely stay there again. Well done guys. Thank you. ...

Great location, staff all so friendly and helpful . Breakfast great variety, good hours.museums and Christmas markets nearby, no real bar, but minibar in room fairly reasonably priced. Short walk from underground , easy transfers from airport, to win mitte then underground...
