We stayed at this hotel on March 12, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to a young man with glasses and a red shirthe was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!...

This hotel was better than we had expected. It was clean, basically but adequately furnished with thoughtful toiletry items provided (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shoe cleaner). Staff were friendly and helpful. Tram 44 stops just outside the hotel and this takes you to a main tram interchange which is just a ten fifteen/minute walk from main attractions such as Parliament, H...

Great hotel with trolley right outside that we used to get around. 5 stops to old Vienna. Price of room went down two days before trip, I emailed knowing too late to change, but got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast good. Only downside was wifi but twice a day went to lobby, problem solved...
