Scammers who hold money without authorisation. STAY AWAY!

This hotel is extremely dishonest and downright scammy when it comes to taking payment. There was no option to pay booking directly, instead the hotel took a HOLD for the full amount (when I assumed this was payment, not a hold). I never signed anything allowing this nor was this explained to me.

So I was sceptical on the .fixed reviews but went with my gut. It's actually a really great hotel. I saw on the day I arrived abetter deal on booking.com I was able to cancel and get a new room with an AMAZING view. A balcony. It's amazing. Yoy can cast yiur tv shows to the tv which is great. Very central. Def worht it
The restaurant part of the hotel is so dismall. Bar stagg far and few between, asked the barte...

Very nice stay and very nice service. Location is excellent! Right next to the underground station and several shops.
Going to the sauna at the end of the day was very relaxing.
Definitely returning next time.and the staff was very friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable....

Decent hotel - shame about glass showers in the bedroom

This hotel is nice and comfortable, priced accordingly but the glass showers situated in the bedrooms are awkward since not every two people travelling together are a couple. Me and my friend had to repeatedly leave the room while the other one was showering which was truly bizarre.
There is a bar within a hotel but if you travel during quieter months, youll find it difficult to hail a member of staff to serve you...

I had a hotel reservation on 12/24/24 for 6 nights booked through Booking.com at a cost of 1200 euros and I had to fly with Austrian Airlines. On 12/5 the airline announced that it was canceling the flight from Israel and postponing the flights to the end of January 2025.
