We returned to this hotel for our second visit to Vienna. It's a lovely hotel, but is let down by the quality and attitude of some members of the reception staff. We arrived before check in time, but were checked in (or so we thought) and told to return for 3 p.m. when our rooms would be ready. Adequate Hotel

Hotel is adequate. Booking was easy. Be aware that there is no in room control for heat. The thermostat only allows you to cool. So, traveling outside of summer you will be stuck with whatever they decide to set the temperature at (we thought it was on the cold side). Shower is a large glass cube in the center of the room - fine for couples, but probably not for families.

We stayed at Flemmings Selection Hotel Vienna and had a smooth, comfortable experience.
Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and made us feel welcome right away. We were given key cards to our room and headed up without delay.

Nice option for the center

The location of the hote is great, as there is tram outside, not far from subway train station, a small bakery next door, and you can go the center by foot.
The interior of the hotel is warm and you can go to the bar for drinks, food, board games or even read a book.
The room was clean and spacious, probably soundproof as we could not here a lot of noise....

We had a great stay at this hotel and a good night's rest each evening. The hotel is located near the Town Hall which was a quiet area near the end of October but there was quite a bit of construction in the area. The location of the hotel was pretty good and there were some restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The Town Hall, Hofburg Palace, Parliament Building, and Volksgarten were very close to the hotel.
