The hotel itself was modern, warm and a good 40 minute walk from the city centre. The safe was not working but we were told that their technician did not work that day (it was a Saturday in one of the citys busiest Christmas market weekends) and it was not repaired in the 3 days we were there.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff are very pleasant. The breakfast was disappointing at a cost of 28 euros per person. They didnt replenish the food quickly enough to cope with the number of people. I couldnt get water for tea or croissants one morning. Breakfast was not a pleasurable experience as finding a seat was challenging! The breakfast room wasnt big enough to cope with the volume of guests. W...

We returned to this hotel for our second visit to Vienna. It's a lovely hotel, but is let down by the quality and attitude of some members of the reception staff. We arrived before check in time, but were checked in (or so we thought) and told to return for 3 p.m. when our rooms would be ready. Adequate Hotel

Hotel is adequate. Booking was easy. Be aware that there is no in room control for heat. The thermostat only allows you to cool. So, traveling outside of summer you will be stuck with whatever they decide to set the temperature at (we thought it was on the cold side). Shower is a large glass cube in the center of the room - fine for couples, but probably not for families.

We stayed at Flemmings Selection Hotel Vienna and had a smooth, comfortable experience.
Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and made us feel welcome right away. We were given key cards to our room and headed up without delay.
