The stay was nice. Rooms were clean and usual standards of a Hilton Hotel. We stayed over the New Year and location is good.
The minibar can be filled from the marketplace in reception which was very convenient then comes the issues:

I never imagined writing a review like this, but what happened during our stay at the Hilton Vienna Plaza left such a deep mark that remaining silent would feel dishonest.

Splendid location and such incredibly friendly staff from every level. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh fruits were extraordinary. I especially appreciated the sweet lychees and dragon fruit. The DIY mimosa with fresh orange juice is a true delight. Their daily smoothie concoction was also on point.
