Just perfect hotel with wonderful staff in a heart of Vienna. Very cozy rooms and precious clean. We will return back to this hotel definitely because we are lovers of opera. And hotel have very unique space for afternoon coffee and tea with snacks....

Breakfast is tasty and You can chaose variety of food and drinks. There is a caffee floor for all guests with unlimited Coffee, great views and comfortable environment. You can work and socialize there with no issue at all. The room was nice and comfortable and service was terrific. Additional points for atmosphere and good bar at the ground floor....

This hotel was everything that I could have wanted!!! I am a 73 year old solo widowed grandmother and I felt extremely comfortable there from the minute I stepped inside the lobby . Magdelena at the front desk was amazing- and helped me so much with booking some concerts and events. The hotel was recommended by a friend who works in Vienna! Very good position of the hotel just in the center of the city in a walking distance to KHM, market, Burg, Albertina or Secession. Excellent services, you can feel like at home. Restaurants at the market (5 minutes from the hotel) are a must! We used parking at a Museumsquartier (about 10 minutes walking distance); you can also use parking near the hotel, the price difference is negligible....
