It was my second time at the Imlauer Hotel and Im so happy to say that everything was amazing. Again!
First of all, huge thanks to the staff at the reception and buffet/bar! Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Much appreciated!
The room was very clean and bright. I felt really comfortable there.
As for the breakfast, it was excellent always fresh, nutritious, and varied. Special thanks for the glut...

The good things about this hotel: the room was clean and quiet, and the air con worked well. This was much appreciated as Vienna was sweltering.
The not so good things:
BA had left my luggage at Heathrow, but I wasn't offered any basic amenities, like toothpaste, to tide me over until my bag arrived. Reception told me to email my luggage details to them so that they had a record of it, but all my emails bounced ba...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely, clean room. Nice, helpful staff. Great location to a tram stop and the underground, which is useful because it's not really near any of the touristy stuff. The breakfast was so good. Such a great range of delicious options. ...

Excellent place to stay on business travel or even to stay with your loved ones. Easy to use all public transportation everywhere, especially super easy to take underground to UN Vienna building.
Love easy travel so this was excellent for business travel....

Great location, rude barman!

Our second stay here, unfortunately this time was not as good as the first. Brilliant for location, quiet and convenient however, we found the Barman Unal very rude, towards guests. He was snappy and unhelpful, not only to us but other guests. We felt as though ordering a drink was inconvenient for him by his attitude and demeanour.
