Visiting with family for Christmas markets

Thomas and everyone at the front desk were so accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Traveled with a parent who is handicapped and they tried to care for our needs before and after arrival. Location is A++ too! Thank you Hotel Josefshof! We cant wait to return to your beautiful hotel! Christmas magic...

Great comfortable stay

We have just left the hotel and had a great time. Great service and location. We got the CAT train from the airport then followed the hotels instructions and it was really easy.
Nathan was really helpful and gave us lots of good tips. Anna the receptionist was also very helpful with directions etc
My only fault would be not having a decent hair dryer in the bedroom I hate having to dry my hair in the bathroom!...

My wife and I stayed here for five nights and loved it. Very walkable to the Rathaus Christmas market. It's location is ideal to explore Vienna. The staff is friendly, polite and efficient. The buffet breakfast is great with amazing choices. We especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby, which was a gathering point. We would definitely return again....

Be Wary About Selecting Your Room

This hotel is charming - located in an alley, and just a few minutes walk to the Rauthasplatz Christmas Market. Be cautious about selecting your room. We ended up on the 5th floor in the most smallest room that anyone could imagine. We could not even open our luggages or have a place to store them. It was disappointing as Vienna, Austria was our first stop in Europe, especially for the price we paid. Luckily, we only...

Perfect stay for a trip to Vienna

We had a really nice two-nigth stay here. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Lots of variety at breakfast. Special thanks to the staff! Both at the reception and at the breakfast room everybody was really friendly and helped us with everything we could ask. Location was also really good, close to Rathaus and all the tram and metrolines but in a quiet street. I could definetely choose this hotel again....
