Great location, staff and environment
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josefhof. A perfect location and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent.

Top hotel, everything was perfect the room (nicely decor), the breakfast (delicious), the staff ( very welcoming people) the location ( reachable within mins to attractions) .
Definitely its one of the best hotels to stay while in Vienna

Lovely reception staff - exceptionally helpful and polite. Nice warm hotel with a very comfortable room with loads of space. We had a Viennese Deluxe. And if you elect not to have your room cleaned they will reward you with a small beer or a glass of wine. Hotel is situated close to restaurants, supermarkets and transport links. Highly recommended....

I booked directly on the hotel's website and chose a Superior Modern Art Nouveau room. The website states that the size of the room can vary from 18 to 21 square metres, but at the check-in I was given a very tiny (and cheaper) room. On checking out I informed the receptionist of this fact and I was given two small packets of wafers as a compensation. Note that the the biscuits were for free on the desk.

I had a wonderful stay at Josefshop Hotel! The staff was incredibly professional and hospitable, making me feel comfortable and supported at all times.
