I love, love, love this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way: the staff was exceptional, the room was beautifully decorated, the location is great, the bar and the sitting room off the lobby are relaxing spots. I was there for 11 nights as a solo traveler and was totally comfortable. I hope to return to Vienna and when I do, I will definitely stay here....

Great location, close to all but in a lovely neighborhood. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room is clean and nicely decorated, very quiet as well....

Had a fabulous 4 night break in this lovely hotel, excellent location only 10-20 mins walk from all of the main sites and the shopping areas. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms are very well equipped with a mini fridge and coffee machine, excellent heating so room was nice and warm, despite the freezing temperatures outside, very quiet in rooms on an evening. Would highly recommend paying for the breakfast a great...

Great authentic Viennese hotel with very warm welcoming and informative staff. We stayed at the hotel from 28.12.2025 - 04.01.2026 and loved every minute.
Particular mention to Tomas, Nathan , George and the breakfast team, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were all so helpful and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! If you are planning on staying in Vienna, or wanting to visit the Christmas markets, the location is absolutely perfect.
