Good location for Chrstmas markets and Vienna sights.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Christmas Markets which was excellent. The first room we were given was quite small with a sloping ceiling and limited access around the room . It was on a high floor with an inner courtyard view. We changed rooms to a much bigger and brighter one on the first floor with a street view. The room was clean and comfortable . Perfect hotel, centrally placed near museums,theatres and restaurants.
I had an accessible room which was perfect. Excellent breakfast and a delightful sitting room.
All the staff were helpful and pleasant.
Special mention for Tomas and George on reception.
Housekeeping produced an easy chair for my room.
All the restaurant staff were great.
Would definitely recommend...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was large and modern, which made the stay even more comfortable.
