Great location, close to all but in a lovely neighborhood. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room is clean and nicely decorated, very quiet as well....

Had a fabulous 4 night break in this lovely hotel, excellent location only 10-20 mins walk from all of the main sites and the shopping areas. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms are very well equipped with a mini fridge and coffee machine, excellent heating so room was nice and warm, despite the freezing temperatures outside, very quiet in rooms on an evening. Great authentic Viennese hotel with very warm welcoming and informative staff. We stayed at the hotel from 28.12.2025 - 04.01.2026 and loved every minute.
Particular mention to Tomas, Nathan , George and the breakfast team, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were all so helpful and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! If you are planning on staying in Vienna, or wanting to visit the Christmas markets, the location is absolutely perfect. Our room was beautiful, cozy and clean. When we first arrived our receptionist Anna was so friendly and helpfully answered all of our questions about Vienna and the local Christmas markets. Stylish and clean hotel near the old town. Our room was spacious and clean with a magnificent view over the city of Vienna thanks to the very big windows. Staff was very helpful and friendly; we were alllowed to keep our car in hotel parking garage for some hours even after checking out. Breakfast was abundant and varied with many options.
