Bad experience.

We had 2 days stay in this hotel, and our experience is not very well. The room is small, no shampoo and conditioner. We request 2 times for room cleaning, but did have the room cleaned when we back in the evening, and was told the room keepers are gone, only can exchange out towels. We wont recommend to anyone....

A bit quirky but really nice. Good breakfast and ideally placed for the central station. If you are travelling by train do not go out of the main entrance. The quickest way to the hotel is, on arrival, to go along the platform to the end away from the main exit. Go down the stairs or take the lift and turn right out of the exit. Then first left, cross the tram lines and you can see the hotel. That should save you goi...

Great modern and super stay

Everything from booking, electronic key system, breakfast to no need to check out was spot on and great.
A new and well designed hotel that was only 20 min from down town.

Warm and welcoming and on the bus route

A great hotel away from the city but on a main bus route so the Vienna underground is easily accessible,In a quiet neighbourhood , buses every 15 minutes or so to the U3 metro .Breakfasts are really good with a lovely conservatory boasting a great view of the city.Receptionists very helpful with good English. Our room ,sadly, was cramped but warm & comfortable with a view of a wall...

Complaint gets ignored

There are a lot of complaints at the reviews but the owner/manager has ignored them instead of making them right. There is no reception desk to welcome guests, only a bar and you have to ask bat staff who seem to have just left school with no experience. There seems to be nobody available to put things right in case problems arise.
There are very few facilities available in the room ( kettle, coffee, tea, iron, etc....
