Stayed here prior to a river cruise and again after the cruise. It's a modern, quirky eco-friendly hotel. There didn't appear to be that many staff, the reception and bar are are combined. Check-in was self-service with the person in the bar on hand to help with reception duties. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Rooms OK but a bit of a smell from the air conditioning. Left the green sign outside the door at 7.30am for room to be made up/cleaned but returned later that night and not accessed or serviced.
Breakfast good and nice area.
Staff could be more friendly. Was working in lobby (as a resident) but was continually pestererd to order something. When I eventually did and paid in advance it wasnt delivered even though I ...

It was a perfect stay. No issues. Good location, friendly personal, quick and easy check in, lovely rooms and bar. Would recommend and stay next visiting Vienna.
What can i say, everything with the stay was 10/10, Everything in the room worked and it was clean....

I had an absolutely ideal experience at Schani: there were such friendly, helpful staff, the room was really comfortable and the café-bar was quirky and inviting. The hotel's also in a very quiet area of town, and has great transport links - the tram into the centre is right opposite the front door. I'd definitely stay there again: it's excellent value for money....

Very cosy, clean, interesting and modern rooms. Schani has its own good vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good and tasty breakfast, great choice of everything, you can also ask for gluten free bread. I always enjoy staying here. Highly recommended!...
