In terms of Location hands off, it is settled in the luxury district retail of Wine, champagne shop next to the hotel and other 5stars hotel, just a few yards from the main square.
A perfect location to visit the city centre.
The hotel seems a bit tired, even the room was not the best considering the location and the stars.
To find the chocolate bar's rubbish next to the bed was not been the best welcome experience...

Good Location but there is no Air conditioning in all rooms

The hotel is well located. You can walk to most attractions. The breakfast is good. Not all rooms have air conditioning and even though they have a window, that window faces a patio with a glass roof and no air circulation. We had to ask to change rooms and they lent us a fan. I would not go to this hotel in the summer for that reason. The hotel staff was generally friendly....

I stayed here on a solo trip to Vienna and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a great central location - most of the main city sights are within talking distance.

Step back in time to the eloquence and tasteful sophistication of true Viennese style and enjoy this gloriously comfortable hotel in the heart of old town Vienna! Breakfast is delicious, wide selection. The rooms are very well appointed with vanity kits, slippers and robes, coffee machine and a chocolate on the pillow!...

Beautiful hotel with perfect location. Friendly staff that were more than accommodating! Very clean! Highly recommend and would definitely use again when visiting Vienna. Breakfast included was a perk, very nice presentation and options to choose from....
