A beautiful hotel in an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Vienna. We stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights. One of our rooms was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking St Peter's Church. It was a superb, spacious room, well appointed, and with a luxurious bathroom. It was modern but with the reminder of tradition with the ornate gilded plasterwork and oak parquet flooring. We stayed for four nights (October 1215, 2025) and had a very bad experience. Our room faced the back street, where deliveries and loud noise started every morning around 4:00 a.m. Trucks, carts, and unloading went on for hours, and later there were also maintenance works under our room. Our children woke up every night, and we couldnt rest at all.

This is a lovely hotel located behind a church. The staff is friendly & welcoming. We had a large lovely room, #404. Plenty of room for all your needs. Very large bathroom with tub. They even brought us a fan to augment the ac. The breakfast is quite good with lots of choices & freshness. It is centrally located, near transit & a lot of the sites. Would definitely recommend....

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I stayed for a week. Family friendly, It was fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious. It was nice to be at an Independent hotel and not a chain. I also enjoyed the real plants in our room- a nice touch. You cannot beat the location- close to st stephensdom, u bahn, shops ...

In terms of Location hands off, it is settled in the luxury district retail of Wine, champagne shop next to the hotel and other 5stars hotel, just a few yards from the main square.
A perfect location to visit the city centre.
The hotel seems a bit tired, even the room was not the best considering the location and the stars.
To find the chocolate bar's rubbish next to the bed was not been the best welcome experience...
