This is very lovely classic hotel in the central. Room 415 was very clean and open the window faced St.Peters church. Reception staff are nice and provided a kettle with cups.I had a good sleep with a comfy bed. Breakfast was basic but delicious....

Amazing friendly staff were super accommodating! Non-judgmental, open, empathetic, professional, courteous, kind... Great staff! Beautiful clean hotel, tastefully decorated. I can't wait to go again. Perfectly located in the city centre at the Peterskirche cathedral...

Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Location perfect. The hotel interior is lovely. We arrived by train into Vienna so very short walk from Stephansplatz.
Room lovely. Did not understand how to use the shower head! Water could be either really hot or cold....

Not bad at all, yet not good enough. The first and the biggest minus is WiFi. It is written that it is free and available in the lobby and in the rooms, but the building is old bla-bla-bla and the signal maybe weak. I stayed in other hotels in downtown Vienna and never experienced a weaker internet . Good and comfortable room and hotel. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location. The female staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
