Beautiful Hotel in Vienna

Stayed here 3 nights in late September, 2025. Very nice, stylish, comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff, but reserved. Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean, large room. Walkable to Vienna's major sights. On a pedestrian street, so no transportation to the hotel entrance. But it's a very short walk for you and your luggage. Would stay here again....

Beautiful hotel in Central Vienna

Beautiful hotel, plaque inside the door lists famous people who have lived in that building, terrific breakfast, easy to walk to museums, churches (St. Stephens right around the corner), Opera House, Stadtpark, shopping and restaurants. Friendly and professional staff, lovely lobby. Very classy place, would be happy to return....

We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be centrally located and once inside, still feel like theyre set apart from the central activity. Our room was a Superior Garden-facing room with extremely cozy bedding and sitting area. The bathroom had a tub and shower, the entire space was clean and beautifully designed. We enjoyed a return visit (after decades) to the Kaiserin Elisabeth, superbly located in the (largely pedestrianised) atmospheric city centre, a few metres from the Kärtnerstrasse, around the corner from the Stephansdom, and within walking distance of much a fit cultural tourist will want to visit. Thid is my 3rd time at this hotel in over 45 years. The hotel is still amazingly wonderful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect near everything a tourists would want. Incredibly clean rooms and staff make sure they take care of any issues immediately. Only two complaints. The bed could be firmer and thicker, and the breakfast is expensive though great along with great service. Overall, this...
