It felt like home!!! The reception staff, Michele and Katarina, go BEYOND to make you feel at home. They expertly answer questions and offer suggestions for things to do and delicious meals to savour in Vienna. Michele and Katarina were always spot on!! We loved our stay at Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth! Fantastic location in the historic centre, within walking distance to Hofburg, multiple Christmas markets and museums. Also close to stephensplatz station which made getting to Schonbrunn and Belvedere very easy. A special thanks to Katalin at the front desk who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived and was absolutely lovely to us in every interaction - was great to ha...

Beautiful Hotel in Vienna

Stayed here 3 nights in late September, 2025. Very nice, stylish, comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff, but reserved. Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean, large room. Walkable to Vienna's major sights. On a pedestrian street, so no transportation to the hotel entrance. But it's a very short walk for you and your luggage. Would stay here again....

Beautiful hotel in Central Vienna

Beautiful hotel, plaque inside the door lists famous people who have lived in that building, terrific breakfast, easy to walk to museums, churches (St. Stephens right around the corner), Opera House, Stadtpark, shopping and restaurants. Friendly and professional staff, lovely lobby. Very classy place, would be happy to return....
