The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. I didn't have a chance to see if they would clean the rooms efficiently but I assumed they would because the rooms were beautiful, leading on to my next point!

Hotels good but the area has no character and only benefit is proximity to the main station.

Hotel is clean and modern. Room is spacious however the area has zero character and really is only good for its location to the main train station. If I return the Vienna I wouldnt stay here for that reason alone.
Room had a coffee pod machine was great but for tea drinkers the water tastes of coffee and isnt hot enough. Only fruit teas supplied.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for 8 nights this month during our summer vacation. hotel is 200 meters from Wien HBF. It is two stops away from Vienna Opera and three stops from St. Stephan Cathedral. Room was quite good and people were very nice. Breakfast had good varieties.
