The hotel is located just out of the Vienna Central Rail Station, which means quiet far away from the city center but with a very good connection with U-Bahn 1. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. If you are a member of the Leonardo Club, and even if you join on the spot, you may get early check-in and late check-out free of charge.

I picked this hotel purely because of the location as it was across the road from the train station so you can get the metro straight into the city centre with ease.
The room was clean and just what we needed for a short stay and comes with a safe which was great. And you get 2 room cards without even asking for them. the room is also soundproof as well which is nice and the location of our room meant at night there...

Absolutely enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel is so central that it only takes a couple of minutes to get to the Vienna train station. All the staff we met throughout our stay were kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were bigger than we expected them to be, and fairly spacious. The hotel offers a decent choice of condiments for breakfast however very little options for vegetarian and vegan. Overall our family...

Clean and spacious rooms
Next to the central station, a bit far from the city center, but you can easily take tram from the street next to the hotel.
Friendly and kind staff.
Doesn't have bathroom slippers....

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff very friendly, room was lovely and spacious with plenty of space. Bathroom sink drain smells if you turn the fan off. Breakfast is very busy and tables not cleared quickly, need more staff at a quicker speed. Shortage of bowls for cereals.
Would have given a five BUT sat eating breakfast in the bar are and the restaurant man who had been rocking you off breakfast list went to get more bagu...
