Great location, great property, value for money

Stayed at Vienna for two nights and Leonardo is located perfectly right opposite to the main train station. Room was neat and clean and so were the bathrooms. Service of the front office was also good and we had a great room with a fantastic view.
Breakfast spread was good as well with quite some choice.
Only weird thing I found was the open bathroom. Its ok as a couple, but if you are traveling as friends or other ...

Great experience at this hotel. Perfect location, 15 minutes by train from the airport using RJ/RJX trains. 500 meters by walk from the Wien HBF central station. 3 stop rides on the U1 line to Stephanplatz (5 minutes).
We booked the family room, very spacious.
We had a problem at our room on the second day of our stay, the staff moved us right away to the same room type at another floor.

With the exemption of a guy called Mustafa, the rest of the front desk staff was either rude or unhelpful.You can Google it was an answer my wife was given by the manager upon a question about stores operation hours that she asked on the arrival date. I've Asked multiple times in vain to fix or change a single hairdryer (I ended buying my own hairdryer to use it in this place). Sorry, I can't do anything to help ...

Lovely hotel. Across the Road from the metro, would recommend and i would stay here again,
Breakfast very nice and worth the money.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Staff very friendly and helpful when asked questions.
The beer on tap there was very morish, and not 2 expensive...

Enjoyable stay. Staff were always polite and helpful, particularly on reception. Good location 2 minute walk from central station. Rooms were a good size. Beds were made and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Only negative was that we stayed in a family room that had an open shower area with no door and a separate toilet. Not ideal when 3 adults sharing a room....
