Stayed for 3 nights. Staff very friendly, room was lovely and spacious with plenty of space. Bathroom sink drain smells if you turn the fan off. Breakfast is very busy and tables not cleared quickly, need more staff at a quicker speed. Shortage of bowls for cereals.
Would have given a five BUT sat eating breakfast in the bar are and the restaurant man who had been rocking you off breakfast list went to get more bagu...

Hotel near to Vienna Main Train station so great links to airport, Salzburg and other cities. Trains brilliant and ÖBB prices reasonable. Lots of information points willing to help travellers.
Underground links into Vienna brilliant, two stops.
Check in was quick and very efficient.
We travelled to Salzburg on our second day, about a two and a half hour journey.
Best to prebook seats as it gets busy.

This hotel was a super easy, level walk from Vienna Hbf.
After a seven minute wait to be checked in, my 4th floor room faced onto a children's playground and numerous apartment blocks. Once I closed the window, any noise ceased. There were three lifts that struggled to cope: I often had to eait a few minutes.

We had a triple room but it was very crowded with a sofa bed. There is no phone in the room and had a tablet instead which did not work so had to go back to reception to ask for 2 devets as the sofa bed was very hard. Friendly staff at reception.
There is an open bathroom with no door and was little awkward with our adult daughter.

Great new hotel next to main train station

Within a walking distance to the main train station with supermarket, convenient store and more. Also walking distance to other attractions in the city. Great front office manager with positive attitude. The water bar in the lobby adds a lot of value. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable bad and basic amenities. The breakfast was basic but good ( staff at breakfast room were not very pleasant and attentive)....
