Wonderful stay

We booked a short break to Vienna. We Had visited Vienna many years ago so it was nice to see it again. We were so lucky in our choice of hotel, from when we entered to when we left the staff were so nice and welcoming. Our room was on the 7th floor with excellent views across the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were a great source of inspiration for what to see and places to go....

If I could rate this more granularly, it would probably be a 4.3 or a 4.4. The hotel is nice, and the staff were friendly. I checked in beforehand, so the process upon arrival was very smooth.
The room was spacious, and I must say the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
I found it to be located quite far out of what you would call the centre - 15 minutes in an Uber. Also, and the main reason for it not b...

Very nice and clean hotel. Great locations with restaurants in walking distance. Nice little bar and sitting area. Nice breakfast are in the mornings....

Excellent location yards away fro U4 subway station. Spar supermarket is next door. Schönbrunn Palace is 2 stops away. Hotel is very modern - lovely foyer and bar area. Breakfast was very busy but there was always a table - plenty to choose from -cheeses,cold meats,olives,eggs,bacon etc. Room was big and modern -bathroom and shower good. Great apart from lost property disappearing

We spent 3 nights here last weekend whilst in Vienna for a family wedding.
We arrived after 9pm and hadn't eaten, the receptionist was very helpful directing us to the service station across the road where we could get a snack.
The rooms were nice, a little noisy if you have your window open on at the front of the hotel, the back was quiet and peaceful. There are 3 working lifts, so good for accessability. They a...
