Not Recommended! Not 4-star standard very poor noise insulation & maintenance issues

We booked this hotel expecting a 4-star standard, but the actual experience was very disappointing and did not match the listing. The building and room are in poor condition with visible wear and tear, including cracked and peeling paint, damaged fixtures, and exposed wiring near the bedside light, and from the carpet, it is evident that their cleaning service is not done properly. Terrible hosting

I have just arrived to Leonardo hotel in Vienna. My booking was comfort room with all pictures at website refer to king size bed with average space in the room. But what I actually find is terrible small room with very small bed and annoying sliding roof over my head. I asked reception to change my booking although they refused and informed me that all rooms are occupied.

The hotels location is phenomenal, the rooms are exceptionally clean, everything is in excellent condition, and you have everything you need in the room. Im truly satisfied with my stay at this hotel, and its definitely my first choice from now on whenever I visit Vienna!...

A well located (few minutes walk from Westbahnhof metro) and reasonably priced hotel. No frills, small room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was satisfactory although the hot food and fruit could be improved upon. Would stay here when I next visit Vienna for the Erste Bank ATP tournament....

Disappointing, dirty and not professional

The hotel is located very close to the west train station, not city center but reachable to public transportation in minutes. The front desk staff arent professional nor efficient ( wearing jeans and t-shirt ) . We booked a triple room and got a regular room. The room was tiny, dirty and lack basic maintenance ( see photos). Very dissatisfying that we had to switch to another hotel. Not coming back for sure....
