We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel combines comfort, character, and a fantastic location in Vienna's vibrant 7th district. The room was clean and comfortable, with a unique toucha record player and a selection of vinyl recordswhich made the experience feel special and different from a typical hotel stay.

The hotel rooms in the garden annexe bear no relation to those advertised on the website which only shows those in the main building. I was allocated one in that garden wing and it was awful. A dark, corner room with a connecting door. Room was very tired/in a bad condition and not clean. Staff are perfectly friendly but not at all efficient.
