Old hotel

Old hotel, the rooms are smelly, unclean, very poor conditions, had to checkout after just 1 night, needed to go to another hotel, lost of money.
The only good thing about this hotel is the main lobby, that one seemed pretty brand new, so no complaints there....

The annual trip

Once again I stayed at the most remarkable small hotel in Vienna. Tucked away yet totally accessible. Near trains trams and buses. Wonderful dining experience and great staff from front of house to cleaning. Rooms are comfortable well maintained and reasonably well priced....

Well located, nice hotel

Lovely hotel conveniently located in Vienna. I was there with my husband for a Conference at the University ( of Vienna) which is just up the street. The hotel upgraded me to a room with a double bed when I found the room the University had bought for me just had twin beds! Great breakfast buffet....

If you are in a wheelchair or mobility scooter this is not the hotel for you

The hotel is very old, although being refurbished but because of its age it is not very disabled friendly. I hired a mobility scooter to enable me to get around over the 3 days but I was unable to use it after my first disastrous experience. There are old cobbled steps outside and an impossibly steep ramp that was too dangerous, the scooter got stuck in both directions and embarrassingly I had to get help both times...

My sister and I visited Vienna for a short Christmas break. Sadly we were given a small attic bedroom with sloping ceilings and beds that were very close together. I had no table to put anything. There was nowhere really to put the kettle. We had to kneel in the shower otherwise we crashed our heads on the sloped ceiling. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is central.
