We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel, they were most helpful and accomodating. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon after having a most dreadful experience at the AirBnB we had booked for a 3 night stay. Antony on reception was extremely sympathetic and found us a lovely room in the hotel which was very full.

Wonderful 4 star hotel at a convenient location in Vienna, walking distance from Wien Mitte Mall and Inner stadt, and a short U ride away from other attractions. We stayed in the Biedermeir suite which was very spacious with 2 sitting rooms, 1 BR and 2 WCs (shower was in 1 WC only though). The hotel is in a great location, very close to the pedestrian zone. The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is on a high level. I think the breakfast is too expensive, the choice of dishes is not that big... The restaurant has a beautiful garden, away from the city noise and at the same time you are in the heart of a big city... I recommend this hotel!...

Set just off a pleasant vibrant main shopping street ond a 6 mins walk from a metro station the hotel is convenient and well located just on the edge of the city centre. The staff are lovely, the rooms dark in keeping with the traditional theme but beds are very comfortable and a fridge is provided. The highlight of the hotel is definitely it breakfasts!
