The hotel has great location with 1 min walk from metro station
Staffs were helpful and welcoming especially Isabel
Check in and check out is easy and quick using Nh app and also you can choose your room from it

We had a great time staying at this Hotel. The lady at the reception, Mira, has been above any expectation. We got to the hotel at 9AM, way before the check-in time, with a 4-year old that got up at 4AM that day. We were all tired, and Mira went above her head and made it so that we get a room right away. This is by far the best check-in service we had had. Thank you for taking great care of our family....

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in December 24. The hotel is located on Mariahilfer Street, the main shopping street in Vienna, and is 50 meters from the Zieglergrsse metro station, where the U3 metro line passes, which takes you to the heart of Vienna in just 4 stops (Stephanspl station). This was my first time in Vienna, and I chose to stay at NH Collection Wien Zentrum because of its excellent location and convenience.
