Unique style hotel.Very clean,quiet ,modern, efficient, warm,space, full accessories, large bathroom ,comfortable ,chairs couches beds.
Very polite and helpful staff and management .!

To be honest, couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel in a nice part of Vienna albeit very shopping mall / Street orientated but nevertheless great access for the Metro and to all other parts of Vienna. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean. The bedroom was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast in the morning was great , both hot and cold options in abundance...

The hotel was good but not great. The service was great as well as the location and cleanliness. The value was great considering the room I got and the location. The only thing that needs to be improvised was the rooms. They are fine but could use an update and the couch was uncomfortable since the cushion that was over the sofa bed would move making sitting on it a chore. But that being my only complaint makes ...

Check-in was a great experience thanks to Isabell, who was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. She made a wonderful first impression.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good nights sleep. The hotel could use a bit of a facelift, as the walls showed some wear and dings, but overall comfort was not affected.
