Indeed, the hotel needs a refresh. My room wasn't in the best condition, quite old and not very clean. Good breakfast located on the 7th floor. Nice location in the city centre, near metro starion...

Hotel needs a refresh. Our suite had a patio, but was in need of a deep clean. Mols in shower grout and stained curtains. Excellent service by staff at front desk and at breakfast. Good breakfast with nice option for dining on outdoor patio. ...

The rooms were very clean, quite quiet, the breakfast was small but sufficient and of good quality, the breakfast staff were extremely polite, courteous and friendly, and most of the reception staff were also friendly and very nice. If I come to Vienna again, I will choose this place again....

I was slightly disappointed by this stay to be honest. Dont get me wrong the bed was comfy. A/C was good. However on morning 1 there was children running up and down our landing screaming and making an absolute racket. I phoned reception to complain about this and see if they would do anything to stop it, I was met with I can locate the room with the kids but I cant stop them playing or doing anything because they...

Visiting Vienna with mum :)

I travelled to Vienna with mum as a present pre-surgery and since she is 84 I thought to choose a fairly central hotel and a nice one to make her feel as the special woman she is.
NH made us feel Super Special, from the moment we stepped in.
The room was very spacious and with comfortable beds.
Breakfast rich and with a variety of items to choose from...and on the rooftop! Amazing :)
Public transport is great too and...
