Our stay at this hotel was positive from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, and all the staff were kind, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. This includes the check-in team, bartenders, cleaning staff, and restaurant servers. The culture and vibe are welcoming and warm.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Great value for money. Had a fantastic stay. Supermarket 2 mins away, underground 5 mins away....

An excellent choice in Vienna. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, plus a great location with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. I also loved the online check-in being able to choose the room based on the reservation is such a convenient and thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again....

Christmas Markets Break

We stayed for a long weekend to visit the Christmas Markets (there are a lot!) Hotel was lovely, big clean rooms, plentiful breakfast & close to transport links. Also close enough to parkrun to walk back in time for breakfast!...
