Excellent location, especially for anyone visiting the Vienna International Centreits only about a 10-minute walk away and close to train stations. There are also restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby, which is very convenient.

The rooms appeared dated, there were stains on the wallpaper, the shower was broken (I told the reception but it wasnt fixed).
We needed to ask 24h in advance for the room to be made up but when I asked it was not done anyway. For a 4* at 300+/night its the worst experience I have ever had (and quite unusual in NH as Ive been very pleased by their hotels previously)...

Booked this hotel because it was conveniently located for the Vienna conference centre. It provided all the things I needed. A functional stay that was supplemented by thoughtful personal touches such as a personal welcome note and some chocolates. Optimal location near congress center and metro station.
Personnel very friendly, especially Jenny at the breakfast area which treated us as part of the family at the point of learning our wishes and preventing our requests, very professional and highly appreciated. Also the people at the reception desk was very kind and cooperational.
Some issue with a lift were promptly solved....
