Beautiful experience
Thank you all the staff but mostly SOFIA and ANNE.
They are very professional in their work and another important thing that I would like to highlight are the costume service and the quality they provide to the clients....

Location is wonderful but the hotel feels old.

When my wife and I first arrived, the lack of color and the old interior was a small shock. Then being put in a room with twin beds really surprised us but the staff did move us quickly. However, you are steps away from the Belvedere Palace and a tram that takes you to the heart of Vienna. If only there were more dinner options in the neighborhood. But location does go a long way when you look to save money....

This hotel is located close to public transport making getting around Vienna very easy. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this classification. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna....

I would recommend this hotel with its amazing Belvedere palace view, comfort big rooms and tasty breakfasts with big variety of fresh food. If you like silence place, but not far from center, I will recommend this hotel fir sure. Always clean rooms and comfort leaving like at home)...
