This hotel is located close to public transport making getting around Vienna very easy. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this classification. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna....

I would recommend this hotel with its amazing Belvedere palace view, comfort big rooms and tasty breakfasts with big variety of fresh food. If you like silence place, but not far from center, I will recommend this hotel fir sure. Always clean rooms and comfort leaving like at home)...

Weekend break with family

We had two rooms on the second floor at the front of the hotel. There is secondary glazing in place, but it is ineffective at blocking out the traffic noise. The showers are positioned so that it is difficult for anyone over about 170cm to use them. Admittedly, we booked standard (rather than superior) rooms at this four (and not five) star NH hotel, so we weren't expecting perfection. But we were expecting somewhere...

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel which is in the perfect area of Vienna for us.
A very walkable location to get to all the Christmas Markets and to see friends who live near by.
What lets the hotel down is maintenance, cleanliness and staff who are not fully experienced. We checked in and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, it had been poorly cleaned with areas of dirty that had b...

A simple, no-nonsense place in an old but decent building next to Belvedere and a Botanic Garden, and close to Stadtpark as well as the Ring. It is perfect for young couples, for families with little children, for people who want to explore Vienna but prefer calm, quiet places to stay. ...
