The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to everything and easily accessible by public transport. We especially appreciate the apartment, where we have plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff are generally kind and helpful, and we have noticed that the lift has become much faster in recent times. Only positive is the location and it feels like the hotel knows this with the lack of care and customer service that they exhibit.
It took us 40 minutes to check in. Eventually we made it to the room and it was unbearably hot (note the stay was in Nov). We booked a double and were given a twin and at check in told that they only clean rooms every 4 days so we wouldn't get any housekeeping. Im ok with the principal o...

Endless wait to check in followed by key cards that dont work. Front desk unmanned. Lone worker refuses to help. Hall smells awful. Cant comment on room since one hour after arriving here I still havent seen it....

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. They had taken my room preferences into account which is not always the case in other hotels. The personnel at check-in and check-out was very friendly. Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from and all items nicely presented....

My wife and I spent 6 nights at the NH Wien City in September 2025. We enjoyed very much the comfort of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the outstanding breakfast and the most convenient location. We were not familiar with the neighborhood but came to think that it is way better than the core center. The Mariahilfer Street has everything you can wish for.
