Quiet spacious room, comfortable bed and furniture, best location: easy access to museums, restaurants, shops and the main railway station, fine breakfast....

drab, filthy and terribly expensive

Tthe location is almost scary in a backstreet. It felt like a motel, unkempt, everything is old and drab. Pictures are totally misguiding. At 300 euro per night without breakfast, it was a scam.
Do yourself a favour and don´t go...

Great location.. a bit outdated and missing some love. The service very friendly. The breakfast great. Room Clean. But some room decor damaged and that's for unacceptable....

The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to everything and easily accessible by public transport. We especially appreciate the apartment, where we have plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff are generally kind and helpful, and we have noticed that the lift has become much faster in recent times. Only positive is the location and it feels like the hotel knows this with the lack of care and customer service that they exhibit.
It took us 40 minutes to check in. Eventually we made it to the room and it was unbearably hot (note the stay was in Nov). We booked a double and were given a twin and at check in told that they only clean rooms every 4 days so we wouldn't get any housekeeping. Im ok with the principal o...
