I booked five rooms for a small group of friends, and I am still shocked by what happened during our check-in.
We arrived at around 23:50, after having already sent all passports and room allocations in advance to make the check-in process smooth. Spent two nights here in late March as part of a weekend trip to Vienna. Our inbound flight was delayed, so we went first for dinner at a restaurant we had prebooked, and arrived at the hotel around 11pm. After a short wait we were checked in and given the keys to our room.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2026 for 7 nights. Overall, the experience was not bad, but it fell short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient, right next to the train station and within walking distance of the Belvedere Palace. The gym is well equipped, and the wellness area on a higher floor offers a very nice view.

Its a very conveniently located hotel right outside the railway station, makes it very easy if youre going on a multiple day trips from Vienna. The staff were friendly and responsive to their best ability. The room size is decent for the price that you pay. However the house keeping could be better....

Excellent In Every Way

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was excellent in all aspects, I had a large room with wc/shower. The restaurant was great and the breakfast in the morning was superb with a brilliant choice to eat. There was a large screen TV in the room and also tea and coffee making facilities.
