This hotel is just near the main train Hauptbahnhof station and is easily accessible from Vienna airport by train. The train leaves to/from airport and arrives in 15 minutes and the fare is around 4 euros per adult. The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet and little noise was penetrating the windows. House keeping-door was not closed

Disappointed with the house keeping for not closing the room door after cleaning my room till our return at night. This is a serious issue and should not have happened. Glad nothing was missing from my room as our luggage was closed and locked when we left our room. The management did not reply to my feedback or apologies after I left a review....

Next to station, well located.
Booked for family room , they told me the sofa bed is for kids, smaller then single bed. They give me twins room which is a single bad. Second day I told them Im gonna see how big the sofa bed, they showed me is a lot bigger than single bed. Finally moved to family room.
Not sure what game they play ...

Perfect spot to stay near train station

This was a great hotel
Step off the train walk out the front look up and you see the Novotel sign
Our room was very nice
Three stops on the underground to the city
But if you do the hop on hop off bus you can get off in the city and back on again to comp,etc the trip
One of the things that amazed me in Europe where we went was mini bar FREE in the hotel!
The wifi at the hotel was terrible

Very good location. near the central station. 15 minutes to the airport. good communication with metro and tram. walking distance to the Balvadere palace.
Good breakfast and overall good family experience.
Highly suggested...
