Its a very conveniently located hotel right outside the railway station, makes it very easy if youre going on a multiple day trips from Vienna. The staff were friendly and responsive to their best ability. The room size is decent for the price that you pay. However the house keeping could be better....

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was excellent in all aspects, I had a large room with wc/shower. The restaurant was great and the breakfast in the morning was superb with a brilliant choice to eat. There was a large screen TV in the room and also tea and coffee making facilities. It should be a 3star hotel. Due to their enviromental cares,the fridge was removed from the room-reasonably because it consumes energy and produces heat znd you need aircondition then-but it was not removed from the suites....
Usually we keep our refreshments there,to be cold at any time and there is no need to overpay one that will come in 30' if you order it at the bar.

As the name suggests it's just a two minute walk from the Main Train Station.
The check-in was efficient and quick.
The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a sofa on the side.
The bathroom too was large with a separate shower area with good hot water and pressure.
The cleaning of the room and replenishment of amenities is done by the phone app.

Just across from the wien hbf, this hotel is probably the best located family friendly property to base yourself in when in Vienna. The family rooms are compact but very thoughtfully designed and even the sofa bed was very comfortable and amazing value for money.
