Great Hotel

Still a great hotel, have stayed here ever since it opened in 2017. Staff are friendly, especially Shan on reception. Rooms are good size with all amenities. We stayed on the 18th. floor with exceptional views over Vienna.
The location could not be bettered 3 minute walk from Hauptbahnhof ( main station)...

A great option right outside the Hbf

Take the Canettistrasse exit from the station and it is a 5 minute stroll from there. Clean, generously sized rooms....quiet and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Just a 10 minute walk to the D Tram to get to all the city tourist attractions...easy...peasy.

Great hotel. No complaints!!! Very modern buildings, great appliances, good bed. The room is not the biggest I've seen, but enough for a couple.
It's not in the heart of vienna, but it's a 10min drive, next to the main train station and pretty much in front of a hop on hop off stop
Ps: I could use a shower curtain...

A very convenient hotel

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are little congested for 4 people but has good amenities like locker, TV, dryer etc. The best part is the location as it is just 1 min walkable distance from Vienna central station. You also get to use their gym and spa facilities. There is restaurant as well in the hotel. Overall satisfied....

The worst customer experience ever!

I booked five rooms for a small group of friends, and I am still shocked by what happened during our check-in.
We arrived at around 23:50, after having already sent all passports and room allocations in advance to make the check-in process smooth.
