Cheap, moldy, cigarette smells, poor WiFi connection.

We found this hotel from Expedia. The one positive thing I have to say that that they let us check in early. Between having a maid barge into our room, it smelling like cigarettes, and there being mold, I would NOT recommend. Spend your money elsewhere....

Great base for a stay in Vienna

Perfect base for a trip to Vienna particularly at Christmas time. Walking distance from the Rathausplatz Christmas Market and the Altes Kramkenhaus Market, great U Bahn and tram connections just a few minutes walk away. Beautiful square with the Votivkirche, surrounding area felt very safe even late at night. Lovely room with everything you need, spotlessly clean, great breakfast in a beautiful room, reception staff ...

A very nice hotel and we would recommend. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy, we slept well. We were on the second floor and it was nice and quiet. Room amenities included a safe (easy to use) and a coffee machine - no tea facilities though. The room did get hot in the night despite the radiators being off. The staff were always friendly. A beautiful hotel steeped in history. Conveniently located close to the tram, underground and shopping area.
Efficient rather than friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast team were happy to get us decaf coffee when needed.
Room was very big, lovely view over the park and church.
Now the downside......
Tea and Coffee machine in the room but only 2 coffees and 2 teas per day which we thought wasn't ...

Nice, historic hotel with the best, quiet location close to the beautiful Votivchurch and the city center. Nice breakfast buffet with eggs, bread, juices, yogurt and fresh fruit. Small, clean single room with a slightly hard mattress and thin walls (bring earplugs, so you wont hear the neighbors)....
