This hotel was great, really great. I truly enjoyed the room, the large shower with a heated floor. The laundry service was prompt and reliable. The basket of fruit was generous and appreciated. Thank you. The taxi services were on time, and the drivers were friendly and professional. Altstadt arranged my airport pickup, they maintained the management of my unexpected flight delay, which was over an hour. I was happy...

A lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly providing an excellent service. Spacious rooms and good location. I would recommend. We loved the salon and the cake at tea time....

Hotel Altstadt is a special hotel. Room was great and the service was excellent. Afternoon tea is a must. Had a great dinner each night of our stay within a couple of block of the hotel. Tram stop is close by....

This is an exceptional mid sized hotel. Many attractions are within walking distance and the district is interesting and well equipped with restaurants and cafes.
