This is a superb hotel, and perfectly located. The staff were responsive and helpful and addressed a small concern we had immediately (our rooms were on different floors). Everything about this hotel is great....

Fantastic property in a great location. First time staying in a R&C property and expectations were surpassed. Modern decor with great amenities and glasswing had excellent food and service. Highly recommended. ...

We had a lovely visit in Vienna, staying at this beautiful hotel. It was central to all the places that we wanted to see. Staff was very pleasant. While we did not use many of the facilities in the hotel because we were sightseeing most of the time, the thing that caught me off guard was the presence of a Nespresso coffee make and kettle, but no coffee or tea! When I caught the housekeeping in the hall, I asked for s...

Location is outstanding. Food at the restaurants was excellent - fine dining at Glasswing....
