To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro. For a large hotel to manage to feel small and personal throughout every interaction with staff is an impressive achievement. Initial welcomer, check-in, breakfast, reception desk - each and every one was superb.

Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using transit, and the CAT train running from the airport to the subway is fast and inexpensive. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of easy destinations for walking or transit. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and knowledgeable, they are remarkably excellent. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable well laid out, and very quiet. I hope to return next year....

This is a superb hotel, and perfectly located. The staff were responsive and helpful and addressed a small concern we had immediately (our rooms were on different floors). Everything about this hotel is great....
