Zoku Vienna offers a refreshingly different concept that makes incredible use of space. It essentially feels like a fully functional mini-apartment, cleverly packing a compact kitchenette (complete with a dishwasher), a cozy dining nook, a living area, and a loft bed with a retractable staircase into a relatively small footprint. A hotel that is not actually a hotel. Poor cleanliness. A room equipped with IKEA furniture. More suitable for very young people for whom comfort is not important. Very poor service. We booked breakfast included, no one came to take the order. The food at breakfast is minimal and does not justify the price. Very unclean. No value for money at all. Do not recommend. In addition, the hotel is next to Lunpark. Noisy and...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Zokus Kindred Spirits rooftop bar. Teodora made delicious drinks, very reasonably priced and the manager Marit was a very hospitable host. We highly recommend everyone who visits the city to stop by especially on live music nights....

Came to Zoku for the first time for a quick dinner on my own (on a business trip) and ended up staying quite some time just enjoying the atmosphere and the space. Had the nicest waitress- Lindsay- who was friendly, helpful, welcoming and kind! She gave me great recommendations and made the whole experience feel comfortable and like I was in a friends home. Felt so taken care of. Wish there were more Lindsay waitress...
