We stayed here for four days and were very impressed with the cleanliness friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Love the breakfast and the bar and dinner as well. The view overlooking the amusement park was great. We sat out and had a drink on the amazing deck of the amusement park and all the views of the city the early check-in with ability to leave your suitcases and shower on arrival and departure was excep...

We came for Brunch, very friendly Ines served us really best the Spreadbreads (Aufstrichbrot) we had. Also the Burger-fries were phenomenal! Big shoutout to the Kitchen, it was really good! The place itself is very open but calm. Did not know you can be there for CoWorking....

Zoku is a smart, comfortable, well-run hotel. Customer service is outstanding. Ines, in particular, was incredibly helpful in planning our days and finding live music opportunities in the evenings. The amenities and ambiance such as music, space, gym, breakfast, vibe were perfect. We'd definitely stay here again....

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really great everything was clean, cozy, and well organized. I especially want to highlight the staff: everyone was very kind and attentive. A big thank you to Ines she was simply the best at breakfast, super friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. Id love to come back!...
