Beautifully designed hotel and great location. We were treated by the staff with the upmost care. The hotel arranged airport transfer as well as local Fado restaurant. They were very responsive and always checked in on our needs....

My family and I stayed at Forte De Gaia for 3 nights. We loved it! It was the perfect place to explore Porto. The hotel is across the bridge from Porto so its close to the action but at a little distance so its peaceful and relaxing (which is necessary after walking up and down the hills of Porto). Excellent service from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel had a great location within walking distance from the bars a d restaurants. The food in the hotel was also too notch. I had the octopus....

Major kudos to staff (Patricia who kindly checked us in, Rogelio Martins the guest relations manager and so many others)! The property is beautiful. Wonderful lobby area to hang out.
