I stayed in this hotel for three nights while in Poland. I had no issues checking in. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was fast. There was a some noise from the street. They have a water cooler in the hallway for free water, which was my favorite aspect of the hotel. They are about a 20 minute walk from Warsaw Central Station. They are about a 45 minute walk from the old town....

Varied choices at breakfast
Pleasant reception staff
Underground parking
Negatives -
Free cosmetics comprised liquid soap in dispenser, nothing else
Double room, only one pair of slippers
Bar with impressive ceiling to floor array of drinks. Lobby signs cocktail bar, high expectations
On request we were told there is no cocktail menu but the barmaid will help

Wonderful hotel and super service minded personell.
Had a little issue with our duvet and they have us a new room straight away!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, loved the bed, pillows were comfortable with 2 varieties. Read some previous reviews about noise levels, but it couldn't be more away from the truth; excellent insulation from outside noise, the coffee in de room is excellent and to top it off, the water cooler/fountain was an absolute winner, it should be in every hotel. Unsettling after-hours experience at the lobby bar

I visited the lobby bar around 23:30 on May 31, 2025. Though officially closed, the bar still had people inside, including a man named Bernard, who said he was the bars boss. He offered me a drink and coffee, which I appreciated. But then he became confrontational, made strange accusations, and I felt unsafe. I left immediately.
