The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the food at Anawa Restaurant was good. However, the staff were rude and made the overall experience less enjoyable. While the stay had some positives, the poor service really stood out....

The best hotel with outstanding service. Alex, Yana, and Justyna took care of us at the highest level -truly above and beyond. Everything was perfectly organized and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back. 🩷 Thank U!...

Very nice hotel in central area and indoor swimming pool.
Great lounge with excellent breakfast and cocktail hours (should be until 20.30 at least !)

Really meet my expectations. Pool view amazing as well as great breakfast. Compliments for the best Wet sauna experience- with nice orange oil smell.. loved that!Thank you to Iwona for help. Will return !...
