Overpriced Ikea apartment.

I have stayed twice in this hotel for the past 60 days. I have made two complaints, and they both have been ignored by the team. They don't care....

Wonderful Winter Weekend in Warsaw

Without doubt the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Well, definitely in the top 3!
Everything I saw simply spelled luxury (and for such a low price!) I would like to highlight that we were able to securely leave our luggage before check in, the cleaning staff were quick to respond and the breakfast was delicious. My only (minor) complaint is that it could have been warmer when served.
I will remember the name...

Very clean hotel and you can see the whole city from the top, The staff is very polite and helpful. The price is also reasonable. I would recommend you to choose this hotel if you want a good environment and reasonable price....

Avoid this hotel. Constant construction noise with no prior warning. Staff refused to move me to another room despite clear availability online. Zero transparency, zero customer care. Never again....

Check in at least an hour waiting!!! People at the reception desk - unbelievable! Not answering the questions, queues in the hall where nobody knows how to finally get the room!! That is not even the least standard! First this kind of experience ever!!...
