Wonderful location in old town

What a lovely hotel that is centrally located in old town Warsaw. The minute you walk in the door you can feel the old world charm of this hotel. The staff is first class, very helpful. my room on the 3rd floor was wonderful, a mini suite with everything including a balcony you could want. The breakfast was great, with so many choices & located in a beautiful room. I loved this hotel & will return....

When we were first shown our room, we were horrified!
There was a high window which wouldn't allow anyone to look out, the lighting was non existent with no bedside reading light.
The room itself was dark and dreary and due to the dormer ceiling, one is likely to bang one's head.
We complained to reception who were unable or unwilling to change our room until we contacted our travel agent.

Its a beautiful hotel right on the edge of old town. The hotel is nice from outside in. We arrived 2:45p, check in isnt until 3pm and sure enough, room wasnt ready but should be ready in 15min. And it was. At 3:01 young girl at desk announced, your room is ready. There were actually housekeeping staff on our floor when we got to room so its possibly true, coincidentally. Anyway, the room is nice, nicely...
