This was one of the best hotels my husband and I stayed in on our month-long trip to Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The hotel is in an excellent location just a short walk to the center of old town as well as many restaurants and convenience stores. I would have given five stars but for a few shortcomings. For a start the website suggested that our deluxe double room had a separate sitting area which it didn't. It said there was a separate shower which there wasn't. There was no coffee machine as virtually every hotel has these days, and the tap system for the bath/shower is more complex than it needs to be to the point that the night staff on duty when we arriv...

Falls short of a 5* service

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for 5 nights. I love the quiet location and the neighbourhood of this hotel. It was nice and quiet and dressed up in a very Christmassy way which was lovely. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

During a very difficult family time (I was in Warsaw for a family funeral), the hotel staff went above and beyond to support me. Their kindness and professionalism made an incredibly hard period feel more manageable. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care shown was genuine and deeply appreciated. Im very grateful to everyone involved and wont forget the compassion shown to me.
