Great location but very noisy

Clean and basic room. Good customer services. Close to the station and a main road , so use ear plugs if you want a good night sleep. Fabulous breakfast, varied and with fresh products....

Terrible hospitality

The worst experience ever. It is a terrible place with very uncomfortable the cheapest pillows and covers, dirty chairs, cheap bad breakfast. The chair got broken when we sat on it they diecided that we need to pay the huge fine for it and was blocking us out of the room.... I am leaving this place with terrible feelings.. Highly not recommended...

Hospitality with a smile and zero racism

I stayed in 3 different cities in Poland, but my stay at Metropol Hotel was the best. Other hotels especially Hotel Polonia Krakow need to learn hospitality from them. The staff is super helpful and all smiles right from those at the desk to the cleaning ladies. Dominik at the desk was so sweet and helpful. Clean Rooms, good facilities especially the water fountain at each floor, and great breakfast. Thank you Team M...

Conveniently located a five minute walk from the main central railway station, the old town is walkable and theres the British bulldog pub up the road. A comfortable hotel with decent rooms , friendly check in staff and a good breakfast buffet....

The Perfect Warsaw Base

I had a great stay at this hotel and can't praise it enough. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfy and make good use of space, the food is very tasty (especially the really varied breakfast buffet) and the location is ideal for exploring the city. If i ever visit Warsaw again this is where I'll stay...
