We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel
The location was very convenient close to the metro, the train station, and plenty of shops.
The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size.
The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help.
We also really appreciated the breakfast it was delicious and offered a nice variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is well placed, close to the old city center. Food is amazing, but menu is not so diverse in choices. Nice and proffesional staff. Will recommend to stay and enjoy the capital! Good Luck!

We stayed at the Metropol Hotel in Warsaw for 4 nights (3 people) and had an excellent experience.
The hotel is perfectly located in the very center of Warsaw, right above the metro station (the entrance is only about 20 meters from the hotel). It is directly across from the Palace of Culture and Science and just one street away from Warsaws Central Station.

The hotel looks terrible from the outside, and I knew from that moment on that this wasn't going to be a pleasant stay, and I wasn't wrong. There was a long wait to check in, and the entire reception area was filled with suitcases from other guests who had to check out but didn't want to leave yet. Clean and basic room. Good customer services. Close to the station and a main road , so use ear plugs if you want a good night sleep. Fabulous breakfast, varied and with fresh products....
